This hiking route in the area of Arni-Ziflucht is an extremely difficult 14.2-kilometer circular trail with an elevation gain of 757 meters, taking approximately 5 hours and 10 minutes to complete. Before beginning your journey, it is crucial to check the weather forecast and carry an adequate supply of water.
As you start your hike, you will come across the Mörlisee lake, located at the beginning of the trail. The Bergrestaurant Mörlialp is a restaurant situated 0.23 kilometers from the starting point, where you can stop for a meal or refreshments.
Midway through the hike, around the 6.76-kilometer mark, you will encounter another water feature. Further along the trail, at 5.94 kilometers from the start, you will find the Alpbeizli Arni-Schwand restaurant, offering another opportunity to rest and refuel.
