This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and historical landmarks. The trail is 7.282 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 173 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

Starting at the parking area, you will make your way towards the ruins located 3.6 kilometers from the start. These ruins provide a glimpse into the area's history and are a great spot to take a break and explore. Continuing on, you will pass by the Lavogne at 1.99 kilometers, a natural water source perfect for a quick rest and refuel.

As you approach the midway point of the hike, you will reach the Lac des Plantiers at 3.64 kilometers. This picturesque lake is a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Be sure to pack plenty of water and snacks as there are limited facilities along the trail.

Further along the route, you will come across another natural water source at 0 kilometers, providing a refreshing opportunity to cool off before heading back. On the way back, you can explore the Grand gour de la Déridière and Boulidou des Matelles n°1 caves located 0.31 kilometers from the start.
