Welcome to the hiking route to Łysica, the highest peak in the Świętokrzyskie Mountains of Poland. This trail offers stunning views and a mix of historical and natural points of interest along the way.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the wayside shrine of Kapliczka świętego Franciszka, a historic gem just 0.36 kilometers from the starting point. Further along, at 0.2 kilometers in, you will find the memorial Groby żołnierzy AK z 1943 r., a poignant reminder of the area's history.

As you continue your ascent, you will encounter the Kapliczka Żeromskiego at the midway point, followed by the Pomnik Stefana Żeromskiego at 0.35 kilometers from the start. These landmarks offer insights into the cultural and historical significance of the region.

Reaching the peak at 1.91 kilometers, you will find Łysica itself, a natural attraction that provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Along the way, you can rest at the shelter and benches strategically placed for hikers' comfort.

For a refreshing break, make a stop at the Źródło świętego Franciszka spring at 0.36 kilometers, and admire the Krzyż na Łysicy viewpoint at the peak. Before heading back, explore the Schron na Łysicy cave entrance at 1.86 kilometers and grab a bite at the Na Szlaku cafe located at the trailhead.

With a total distance of 3.819 kilometers and an elevation gain of 236 meters, this hike is rated as easy in difficulty. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy footwear, and check the weather forecast before setting out on this scenic adventure.
