This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Lacs des Laouchets and Sentier Géologique in the beautiful area of Plateau de Platé. The total distance of the hike is approximately 13.7 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1343 meters.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the Refuge de Platé alpine hut, situated 4.13 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and enjoy some breathtaking views. Along the way, you will encounter several natural water sources such as Les Laouchets at 6.7 kilometers and more further down the trail.
