This hiking route takes you to Monte Segan, a picturesque area with stunning views and interesting points of interest along the way. The trail is 5.806 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 68 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. As you make your way along the trail, you will come across Capitello di Via Zini, a historic wayside shrine located just 0.04 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at 1.08 kilometers from the beginning, you will encounter Capitello a Santa Teresa, another interesting historic shrine.
Midway through the hike, at 2.34 kilometers from the start, you will reach Croce Monte Segan, a historic wayside cross that offers a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Continuing on, at 2.9 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Monte Segan, where you can soak in panoramic views of the area.
After taking in the sights from the peak, you can make your way back along the trail, passing by Da Celestina, a restaurant located right at the beginning of the hike, where you can refuel and relax after your trek.
