Welcome to the hiking route at Am Busenberg. This easy 2.213-kilometer out-and-back trail offers a pleasant hiking experience with no significant elevation gain.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. Ensure you have enough water and snacks for the hike and a map of the area.
Throughout the hike, you will encounter several points of interest. About 0.1 kilometers into the trail, you will find Klausdorfer Tongruben - Station 1, where you can learn about the geological history of the area. Further along the trail at 0.88 kilometers, you will pass by Busenberge, a natural peak offering beautiful views.
Midway through the hike, at approximately 1.03 kilometers, you will reach Klausdorfer Tongruben - Station 3, providing more insights into the region's geological features. Additionally, there are benches along the trail to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
As you head back towards the starting point, take your time to explore the various points of interest that you may have missed, such as ruins and informational stations.
