Mirnjak

This challenging 9.382-kilometer circular hiking route in the area of Mirnjak offers stunning views and a variety of points of interest along the way. The hike has an elevation gain of 430 meters and is estimated to take around 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete.

Starting off at the trailhead, you will come across the Veliki dom "Platak" alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. This hut is located right at the beginning of the trail, making it a convenient spot to stop before your journey.

As you continue on, about 2.9 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Dom Snježnik alpine hut. This is another great place to rest and refuel as you take in the surrounding natural beauty.

Around the midway point of the hike, at approximately 4.58 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the peaks of Snježnik and Mirnjak. These natural landmarks provide a perfect opportunity to take in panoramic views of the area.

Before completing the loop, at 1.56 kilometers from the start, you will find the Veliki Dom Restaurant where you can relax and enjoy a meal before heading back.
