Welcome to the hiking route to Bukovec peak!

This challenging out-and-back trail covers a distance of approximately 9.25 kilometers with an elevation gain of 335 meters, taking an estimated duration of 2 hours and 58 minutes to complete.

Starting at the designated parking area, you will begin your journey towards Bukovec peak. Along the way, you will come across an informational point at the beginning of the trail, providing you with insights about the area you are exploring.

As you continue further, approximately 2.23 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Koželjec peak, although it is slightly off the main trail. This natural peak offers stunning views but requires a short detour to reach.

Midway through the trail, around the 4.63-kilometer mark, you will reach the main highlight of the hike, Bukovec peak. This majestic peak is the highest point of the trail and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape.

Along the way, there are informational points scattered throughout the route, providing you with interesting facts and insights about the area.
