This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and moderate elevation gain. The total distance of the trail is 2.408 kilometers and the elevation gain is 131 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for most skill levels.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Edelweisshütte restaurant, where you can stop for a quick bite to eat before starting your adventure. As you continue onwards, you will come across an information point and several parking areas for your convenience.

Midway through the hike, you will encounter the Sitzbichl peak, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take a break and soak in the natural beauty around you. Additionally, you will find a wayside shrine and a bench nearby where you can rest and recharge.

As you make your way back, you will pass by the Mariensäule wayside shrine and another information point. Near the end of the trail, you will reach the saddle known as Preiner Gscheid, offering a picturesque setting for a brief stop before completing your hike.
