Welcome to the hike on Junkertalstraße! This super easy route spans 1.617 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all levels.

Starting off, you will pass by a parking area, just 5.6 meters from the trail. As you continue, you'll come across a shelter at 18.6 meters, providing a nice resting spot along the way. Further on, you'll find a couple of benches at 10.3 meters and 13.1 meters respectively, offering a chance to relax and take in the surroundings.

About halfway through the hike, at 0.81 kilometers, there are more benches to rest at, one of which offers a stunning viewpoint labeled as "Südthüringens schönste Aussichten". As you near the end of the trail, at 0.76 kilometers, you'll encounter the peak known as Beerberg, standing tall and majestic at 64.6 meters from the trail.
