This extremely difficult 12.375-kilometer hiking route takes you through a stunning natural area, with an elevation gain of 1533 meters. The hike is expected to take around 6 hours and 41 minutes to complete.

Starting at the parking area, you will make your way towards the first point of interest, a beautiful water feature located 0.46 kilometers from the trail. Be sure to fill up on water here as it is the only water source along the route. As you continue on the trail, you will come across the 'Im Bach' picnic site, located 2.2 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and refuel.

Further along the trail, you will reach the 'Tristenstein' peak at the 4.02-kilometer mark. This peak offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area and is a great spot to take in the scenery.

Continuing on, you will reach the 'Chli Kärpf' peak at the 6.19-kilometer mark. This is a prominent peak in the area and offers breathtaking views from the summit.

Although the 'Gross Kärpf' peak is not directly on the trail, it is worth the extra effort to make a detour and visit this peak located 5.78 kilometers from the start.

This out-and-back route is challenging due to its length and elevation gain, so be sure to pack plenty of water, snacks, and wear sturdy hiking boots. Check the weather forecast before heading out and be prepared for changing conditions. Enjoy the stunning views and natural beauty along the way!
