This extremely difficult 33.952-kilometer circular hiking route around Pic de Baljésou offers a challenging but rewarding experience for avid hikers.
Starting at the Parking area, you will gradually ascend through the picturesque wilderness, passing by the Monument aux morts at the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you'll come across the Ancien rendez-vous de chasse des Comtes de Foix, a historic hunting lodge, and the Fountain, providing a refreshing stop for hikers.
Midway through the hike, you'll find the Cabanes de la Jasse de Peyriguels and the Cabane de Pinardel - Vicdessos, providing comfortable shelter options for those looking to rest or stay overnight. Further along, you'll reach the Col de Bayle, offering stunning views and a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
As you approach the peak, you'll encounter the breathtaking Pic de Baljésou and the majestic Pic du Midi de Siguer, both offering panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty.
