This hiking route takes you along the scenic coastline of the Central District. The trail is super easy with no significant elevation gain, making it perfect for a leisurely walk or a family outing.
As you start your hike, you will come across the parking area conveniently located just a few meters from the trail. Along the way, at the 0.76 km mark, you'll find a water source known as "塩入の池" where you can replenish your water supply. Further along the trail, at the 0.7 km mark, you'll encounter "新銭座鴨場," a historic site that adds cultural significance to your hike.
For those looking for a quick break, there is a cafe named "中島の御茶屋" at the 0.7 km mark. However, please note that facilities like "中島の御茶屋" and "エクセルシオール カフェ" are located slightly off the trail, so you may need to take a short detour to reach them.
Throughout the trail, you'll also find several benches and informational points scattered around, providing insights into the area's history and landmarks. Some notable points of interest include the "三百年の松" at the beginning of the trail and the "御亭山" viewpoint giving you a panoramic view of the surroundings.
