Continuing on, at 1.05 kilometers from the start, you will reach Grizedale Reservoir itself. Here, you can enjoy the serene waters and the peaceful atmosphere of the reservoir. Be sure to bring plenty of water with you as there are limited facilities along the trail.
As you make your way back, you might want to stop at the Apple Store Cafe, located right on the trail for a refreshing break. Keep in mind that the trailhead also has parking facilities available for your convenience.
