This challenging hiking route takes you through the stunning landscape of Ангар-Бурун. With a total distance of 5.982 kilometers and an elevation gain of 652 meters, this hike is sure to test your endurance and provide breathtaking views along the way.
As you start your journey, you'll come across a convenient parking area right at the beginning of the trail. About 0.68 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the refreshing SGA-17333 spring, perfect for a quick rest and water refill. Continuing on, at the 1 kilometer mark, you'll encounter another spring named Серна Левая.
Around 0.89 kilometers into the hike, you'll find Серна Правая spring, although it's a bit off the trail. Keep going, and at 1.5 kilometers, you'll see the peak called Сахарная Головка, offering a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings.
Along the way, you'll find several camp sites for those looking to spend the night in nature. One such site is Школьная поляна, located about 0.34 kilometers away from the trail. Another camp site, Ангарский перевал, is closer to the trail at 0.15 kilometers.
As you reach the midway point of the hike, you'll encounter a memorial site named Памятник Троллейбусу, located 0.05 kilometers off the trail. Before heading back, you can rest at the shelter located 0.93 kilometers from the start of the trail.
The final point of interest is the memorial site Ангар-Бурун, which is located 2.58 kilometers from the start of the trail. This marks the turnaround point of the out-and-back route.
Due to the length and elevation gain of this hike, it is classified as difficult, so make sure to be prepared with plenty of water, snacks, and appropriate hiking gear.
