This hiking route in the Dvora area offers a challenging yet rewarding outdoor experience. With a total distance of 10.175 kilometers and an elevation gain of 365 meters, this trail is classified as difficult and is estimated to take around 3 hours and 16 minutes to complete.
As you embark on this out-and-back trail, you will encounter various points of interest along the way. Starting at the trailhead, you will come across the ancient ruins of Ashmura right at the beginning of your journey. Further along the path, about 2.29 kilometers from the start, you will find more historical ruins to explore.
Continuing on, at a distance of 4.3 kilometers from the start, there is a parking area for those arriving by car. It is recommended to park here if needed. As you approach the 5.09-kilometer mark, you will pass by a natural water source, followed by two picturesque waterfalls at 4.34 kilometers and 5.07 kilometers from the start, respectively.
At the 1.01-kilometer mark, you will encounter another waterfall, providing a tranquil spot to rest and take in the surroundings. Additionally, there is a natural spring named Ein Gilabon, located 1.98 kilometers from the start, offering a refreshing stop along the way.
Before returning, make sure to visit the ancient Kamach Flour Mill located at a distance of 1.79 kilometers from the start. This historical site provides insight into the area's rich heritage.
