Starting from the parking area at Cirque de Gérac, you will begin your journey towards the peak of Pic de Soune. Along the way, you will pass by several water sources including Étang de la Piède and other smaller ponds, perfect for a refreshing break. As you continue your ascent, you will come across rocky formations like Turguilla and Port de Colatx, adding to the rugged beauty of the landscape.

Midway through the hike, you will encounter the impressive Pointe de la Hillette and the unique rock formation of Pic de Coulatch (Couillac). These landmarks offer breathtaking views and are perfect photo spots to capture the beauty of the surroundings.
