Starting at the parking area near Cirque de Gérac, you will follow the trail that leads you through scenic landscapes. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. Just 0.02 kilometers from the start, you will find two water points, one at 70 meters and the other at 99 meters from the trail. These spots provide a perfect opportunity to rest and refill your water bottle.

As you continue on the trail, at around 1.09 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Turguilla, a popular climbing spot that offers a challenge for more adventurous hikers. A bit further at 1.33 kilometers, you will find rock formations that add to the beauty of the surroundings.

Towards the end of the hike, at 1.42 kilometers from the start, you will reach Étang de la Piède, a serene lake where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Make sure to visit the shelter named Orri, located 0.03 kilometers from the trail, before heading back.
