This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning peak of Tête de la Colombière, offering breathtaking views along the way.

Starting from the trailhead, you will pass by a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the 14.396-kilometer journey. About 0.61 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a picnic site, perfect for a rest and enjoying a snack while surrounded by nature.

As you continue onwards, at approximately 0.85 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter an information point providing insights into the local area. Further along the trail, at 2.3 kilometers, you will find another information point, offering more knowledge about the surroundings.

Around 7.2 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach the peak of Tête de la Colombière, a natural wonder that rewards you with panoramic views stretching as far as the eye can see. Take a moment to soak in the beauty and tranquility of the area before making your way back along the same trail.

Throughout the hike, keep an eye out for historic landmarks such as Saint Joseph, Sainte Marie, and Sainte Anne shrines, adding a cultural touch to your outdoor adventure. Remember to bring plenty of water, as this challenging route includes an elevation gain of 1237 meters.
