This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Tytusa Chałubińskiego in Jelenia Góra. The trail is 2.463 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 209 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for beginners and families.
Starting at the trailhead, you'll pass by the parking area where you can leave your vehicle for a fee of 10 PLN. As you make your way along the trail, you'll come across several points of interest. About 1.15 kilometers into the hike, you'll find Zamek Chojnik, a historic castle that dates back to ancient times. Although it is not directly on the trail, it is definitely worth a visit.
Further along the trail, at around 1.23 kilometers, you'll reach Przełęcz Żarska, a mountain pass that offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Continuing on, at 1.15 kilometers, you'll find Chojnik, a peak that provides a great vantage point for taking in the scenery.
Along the way, there are also several amenities including picnic sites, information boards, and restaurants such as Karczma Chojnik and Zajazd pod Chojnikiem. It's recommended to pack water and snacks for the hike, as well as checking the weather forecast before heading out.
As you reach the end of the trail, you can enjoy the viewpoints at Głazowisko and Tito Pizza restaurant, where you can refuel after your adventure.
