Welcome to the Baden Powell Trail in West Vancouver! This moderate 6.49-kilometer circular hike offers beautiful views and a chance to connect with nature.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by Cypress Creek Lodge, where you can grab a bite to eat before beginning your adventure. As you make your way along the trail, you will encounter various points of interest. About 0.2 kilometers from the start, you will find Theagill Lake, a serene spot to take in the peaceful surroundings.
Continuing on, at around 1.04 kilometers from the start, you will reach a viewpoint overlooking the stunning landscape. This is a great place to take a break and capture some photos. Further along the trail, at approximately 1.98 kilometers from the start, you will come across Sam Lake, another picturesque spot to enjoy.
As you approach the midway point of the hike, you will pass by Owen Lake, a tranquil setting perfect for a rest stop. Keep an eye out for Cougar Lakes, which you will encounter at around 3.04 kilometers from the start.
