Welcome to the GR-221 hiking route in Escorca! This challenging out-and-back trail covers a distance of 11.076 kilometers with an elevation gain of 730 meters, taking approximately 4 hours and 23 minutes to complete.
Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across the parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the route. As you make your way along the trail, you will pass by the Font del Guix spring, providing a refreshing spot to rest and refill your water supply just 0.31 kilometers from the start.
Further along the route, at a distance of 3 kilometers, you will reach Coll de sa Línia, a saddle offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Continuing on, you will encounter Font de s'Avenc, a natural drinking water source and an attraction located 4.6 kilometers from the start.
