This challenging 10.584-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning landscape surrounding Tschawinerroeiher. The trail has an elevation gain of 845 meters and is expected to take about 4 hours and 33 minutes to complete.
Starting from the parking area, you will first encounter a drinking water facility just 30 meters from the beginning of the trail, perfect for filling up your water bottle before the hike. As you make your way along the path, you will come across the Rifugio San Bernardo, an alpine hut located 0.03 kilometers from the start point, offering a cozy spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Midway through the hike, at around 3.54 kilometers from the start, you will reach Cima Verosso, a peak that provides breathtaking panoramic views of the area. Continuing on, you will pass by Passo di Oriaccia nord and Passo di Oriaccia sud, both located along the trail and offering unique natural features to admire.
Further along the route, at 5.17 kilometers from the start, you will come across Tschawinerroeiher, a picturesque water feature that is a perfect spot for a rest and some scenic photos.
