This challenging hiking route takes you through the scenic area of Stráž. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 8.379 kilometers and an elevation gain of 471.0 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 7 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you'll come across points of interest such as the parking area at the beginning of the trail, the cozy Pohostinstvo pod Strážom pub, and the Bar Fintas for some sustenance. Along the way, you'll also find Námestie Jozefa Kollarčíka parking area and several information points providing insights into the surrounding area.

As you make your way through the trail, be sure to visit the Moďoroš information point located 2.34 kilometers from the start. Further ahead, you'll reach the peak at Stráž, offering stunning views of the surroundings. Don't miss the artwork of svätá Mária and the historic wayside shrine of svätý Florián, both located along the trail.

During the hike, you'll pass by The Stables restaurant and various benches and shelters for resting. Bring plenty of water and snacks, as well as proper hiking gear and attire. Be prepared for some steep ascents and descents along the trail.
