This hiking route in the area of Il Trapezio is a challenging 13.586-kilometer out-and-back trail with an elevation gain of 1834 meters, making it extremely difficult. It is recommended for experienced hikers due to its length and elevation gain.

As you start your hike, you will come across "Punto Info Val Genova" at a distance of 0.27 kilometers from the start, offering valuable information about the area. Continuing on, at 0.24 kilometers from the start, you will find "Drinking Water Point" for a refreshing break. Further along at 0.27 kilometers, "Ponte Verde" provides another point of interest with informative signs.

Midway through the hike at 4.32 kilometers from the start, you will reach the "Bivacco Roberti" wilderness hut, a great spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings. For those in need of hydration, there is another "Drinking Water Point" at the same location.

As you progress on your journey, at 6.74 kilometers from the start, you will encounter "Passo 4 Cantoni," a saddle which offers a picturesque view of the surroundings. Lastly, at 6.79 kilometers from the start, you will reach the pinnacle of your hike at "Il Trapezio," a peak with breathtaking views of the natural landscape.
