This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Il Trapezio, offering stunning views and a challenging trek. With a total distance of 13.586 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1834 meters, this route is classified as extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.

Starting at the parking area, you will embark on an out-and-back journey towards Il Trapezio. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Punto Info Val Genova, a tourist information point located 0.27 kilometers from the start. Further along, at 0.24 kilometers, you will come across Ponte Verde, another information point.

As you continue your hike, you will reach Bivacco Roberti, a wilderness hut situated 4.32 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to take a rest and enjoy the surrounding nature. Along the trail, there are also drinking water sources available at various points to keep you hydrated.

Midway through the hike, you will encounter Passo 4 Cantoni, a natural saddle located 6.74 kilometers from the start. This is a great opportunity to take in the panoramic views and appreciate the rugged beauty of the area.

As you approach the endpoint of the trail, you will reach Il Trapezio, a natural peak located 6.79 kilometers from the start. Here, you can marvel at the breathtaking vistas before making your way back to the starting point.
