This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area around Montrognon. The trail is 2.6 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 142 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will pass by a parking area just 0.04 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. About 1.2 kilometers into the hike, you will come across an information point where you can learn more about the area's history. Continuing on, at a distance of 1.3 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Château de Montrognon ruins, offering a glimpse into the region's historic past. Nearby, you will also find Montrognon peak, standing tall at 4.1 kilometers from the trailhead.

Along the way, keep an eye out for the Monument aux Morts memorial, located close to the trail. As you near the end of the hike, you will find a fountain about 0.0 kilometers from the starting point, providing a refreshing stop before you head back.
