This challenging hiking route will take you to the beautiful Lac Baricle in the area. The route is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 10.194 kilometers and an elevation gain of 720 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 4 hours and 9 minutes to complete.

Starting at the parking lot, you will begin your journey towards Lac Baricle. Along the way, you will pass by various points of interest such as L'Echalp, a tourist information center, and a drinking water station, where you can refill your water bottle.

As you continue on the trail, you will come across the Cabane de Peyroun shelter, a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature. Further along, you will reach Lac Égorgéou, a scenic lake located 4.82 kilometers from the start of the trail.

Finally, you will arrive at the main destination, Lac Baricle, located 5.01 kilometers from the start. This picturesque lake is the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning views before heading back the way you came.
