Hiking : Monte Neva

This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Monte Neva. The trail is 12.293 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 1049 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will challenge even experienced hikers. The estimated duration for the hike is 5 hours and 28 minutes.

At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. As you continue along the trail, about 2.69 kilometers from the start, you will come across the wilderness hut called Casera Scaorin, where you can take a break and enjoy the scenic views.

Further along the trail, at around 4.24 kilometers from the start, you will find the peak known as Cima Spizòti, although it's not directly on the trail. As you continue your journey, at 5.02 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Col San Pietro, which is located right on the trail.

Midway through the hike, you will encounter the peak of Monte Neva, which is around 6.15 kilometers from the start. Here you can take in breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Throughout the hike, be sure to stay hydrated and bring plenty of water with you, as well as snacks to keep your energy levels up. It's also recommended to check the weather forecast before you head out, as the conditions can change rapidly in mountainous areas.

As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps on the way back to the starting point. Enjoy the challenging hike and the stunning natural beauty that Monte Neva has to offer!
