This extremely difficult hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Abri Rajon - Sarenne. With a total distance of 12.344 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1214 meters, this hike is not for the faint of heart. It is recommended to be well-prepared and in good physical condition before attempting this trail.

Starting from the trailhead, you will pass by several points of interest along the way. Roughly 3.15 kilometers from the start, you will come across Lac Carrelet, a serene lake perfect for a rest stop. As you continue onwards, at approximately 3.59 kilometers into the hike, you will find La Grange Restaurant where you can refuel and enjoy a meal.

Further along the trail, around the 6.14 kilometer mark, you will encounter a series of water features including ponds and streams, providing a refreshing break amidst the challenging terrain. Additionally, at 4.84 kilometers in, you'll find the Refuge de la Fare, a mountain hut where hikers can seek shelter and spend the night if needed.

For those interested in camping, there is a campsite located at 4.85 kilometers from the start, offering a wilderness experience in the midst of the stunning landscape.
