As you start your journey, you will come across Chalet de Frétérolle, a cozy restaurant just 15 meters from the trail. Further along the trail at a distance of 1.75 kilometers from the start, you will reach Col de Coux, a picturesque saddle offering stunning views. Midway through the hike at 2.07 kilometers, you will find three water points: one 77 meters away, another 69 meters away, and the third 41 meters away from the trail.

At 2.07 kilometers into the hike, you will come across La Berthe, a peak located just 27 meters from the trail. Additionally, at 1.56 kilometers from the start, off the trail slightly, you will find Les Mines d'Or, another peak worth exploring.
