This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area known for its stunning natural landscapes and historic sites. The trail is 4.423 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 306 meters, making it of moderate difficulty and suitable for hikers of varying skill levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across the ruins of the ancient bocard, a historic site located just 0.46 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the path, at a distance of 1.89 kilometers from the start, you will find the Cabane d'Haou, a wilderness hut where you can rest and enjoy the scenic views. This hut is not guarded, so do bring your own supplies if you plan on stopping here.

Midway through the route, at 2.21 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a picturesque waterfall, adding to the beauty of your hiking experience. Make sure to bring plenty of water, as there may not be easily accessible water sources along the trail.

Starting at the parking area located right at the beginning of the trail, this out-and-back route will lead you to the Cabane d'Haou - Eylie d'en Haut destination. Before embarking on this journey, be sure to check the weather forecast and pack accordingly for a safe and enjoyable hike.
