This hiking route takes you through a picturesque area with various points of interest along the way. The trail is 5.858 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 250 meters, making it of moderate difficulty.
Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey along the trail. As you hike, you will come across a picnic site at the beginning where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Further along the trail, about 1.38 kilometers from the start, you will find some ruins, adding a historical touch to your adventure. As you continue, you will pass by a rock formation at 1.36 kilometers, adding some natural beauty to the landscape.
About 0.46 kilometers from the start, you will find a waterfall, known as Cascada Pequeña, where you can take in the sights and sounds of the flowing water. Continuing on, at around 1.75 kilometers, you will come across another waterfall, adding to the scenic beauty of the route.
At the turnaround point, which is 2.93 kilometers from the start, you will reach the main attraction, Cascada, a beautiful waterfall that is sure to impress.
Throughout the hike, there are several information points with details about the area, including Barranco de los Cernícalos and SL-1. These points provide educational insights into the surroundings.
