This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area, offering stunning views and a moderate level of difficulty. The total distance of the route is 5.455 kilometers with an elevation gain of 383 meters, so be prepared for a bit of a workout.

Starting at the Mount Hor Trail Access Parking, you will begin your journey through the wilderness. Along the way, you will pass by refreshing water sources at the 0.05 and 0.16 kilometer marks, perfect for refilling your water bottles.

As you continue on, you will reach Pulpit Rock at the 1.5 kilometer mark, offering a magnificent viewpoint for a rest and some pictures. The trail then leads you to the peak of Mount Pisgah at the 2.73 kilometer mark, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Finally, you will reach the South Overlook at the same 2.73 kilometer mark, offering another breathtaking viewpoint to take in before you turn around and head back the way you came.
