This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through a beautiful natural area with a total distance of 19.656 kilometers and an elevation gain of 788 meters. The duration of the hike is estimated to be around 6 hours and 31 minutes.
As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. Approximately 2.12 kilometers from the starting point, you'll find a parking area. Further along, at 0.15 kilometers from the start, there is a drinking water station named Fonte Silvano Sabatini. As you continue, you will encounter the Solomea spring around 2.12 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Additionally, there are multiple benches, wayside shrines, and information points scattered throughout the hike.
One of the significant landmarks along the route is the peak called Monte Lucci, located 6.67 kilometers from the start. Another notable point is the Poggio Garnaia peak, situated 4.68 kilometers from the starting point.
At the destination point, 9.83 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the stunning Cascata del Randaragna waterfall. This marks the turnaround point as it is an out-and-back route type.
