This challenging hiking route covers a distance of 9.161 kilometers with an elevation gain of 276.0 meters, taking approximately 2 hours and 48 minutes to complete. The trail begins at a parking area and follows a scenic path through the countryside.

Along the way, hikers will pass by several points of interest. About 2.32 kilometers into the hike, there is a restaurant called El Sucon where you can take a break and refuel. Continuing on, at 1.25 kilometers from the start, you will come across the historic wayside shrine of Debodes, adding a cultural touch to your journey.

As you trek further, at around 3.16 kilometers, there is a peak off the main trail that offers stunning panoramic views. Another peak is situated at 3.48 kilometers, followed by a third peak at 4.58 kilometers, all accessible via side trails. At 4.01 kilometers, there is a saddle for hikers to rest and admire the surrounding natural beauty, with another saddle located at 4.31 kilometers - known as Colláu Eceña.
