This hiking route takes you through a beautiful natural area, with a total distance of 5.931 kilometers and an elevation gain of 463 meters. The estimated duration for this moderate difficulty hike is 2 hours and 31 minutes.

As you start your journey, you will come across the "Chalet du Lignon" restaurant, a perfect spot to fuel up before hitting the trail. About 1.81 kilometers into the hike, you will find the historic "Wayside Cross" and the "Pleureuse et Sauffaz" information point.

Around the 1.52 kilometer mark, you will encounter the "Résurgence" spring followed by the stunning "Cascade de la Sauffaz" waterfall at 1.4 kilometers. Further along at 2.97 kilometers, you'll reach the "Cascade de Sales" waterfall and a climbing area.

Make sure to check out the "Cascade de la Pleureuse" waterfall at 1.48 kilometers and the "Viewpoint" with information points at 1.27 kilometers into the hike. At the midway point, you can take a break at the bench and gather more information from the nearby information points.
