As you begin your journey, you will pass by the Gerlosstraße memorial, located just 0.14 kilometers from the start, providing a historical insight into the area. Continuing along the trail, you will come across the Trattenköpfl parking area at 0.14 kilometers, where you can conveniently park your vehicle before starting the hike.
Midway through the hike, at around 1.96 kilometers from the start, you will find the Mittlerer Krimmler Wasserfall, a breathtaking waterfall that is a must-see attraction along the route. Nearby, you can also explore the Schönangerlalm information point, offering valuable insights about the surrounding area.
Towards the end of the trail, approximately 2.05 kilometers from the start, you will encounter various points of interest such as Gasthof Schönangerl restaurant, Bergersteig viewpoint, and Schönangerl information point.
