At the 8.32 kilometers mark, you will reach the Piton Rouge, a notable peak offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Nearby, you can also explore La Glacière, a cave entrance and archaeological site located approximately 3.9 kilometers from the start.

As you continue on the trail, you will encounter other points of interest such as shelters, picnic sites, viewpoints, and sculptures, adding to the diversity of the hike. Remember to bring plenty of water, snacks, and appropriate gear, as the terrain can be challenging.
