As you start your journey, you will come across a shelter, picnic site, and parking space within the first 0.15 kilometers. These can serve as ideal spots to take a break, have a snack, or use restroom facilities. Continuing on, at around 0.52 kilometers from the start, you will find another water feature, which is perfect for refilling your water bottles.

Around 3.9 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter La Glacière, an archaeological site and cave entrance that adds a touch of historic charm to the trail. Additionally, a viewpoint and a peak, Piton de la Glacière, are situated nearby, providing stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.
