Welcome to the Route des Crêtes hiking trail! This moderate 6.748-kilometer route with an elevation gain of 415 meters will take you approximately 2 hours and 35 minutes to complete.

The trail starts at a parking area where you can leave your car before beginning your adventure. As you make your way along the path, you'll come across several points of interest. About 3.37 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the charming restaurant La Folie Douce Saint Gervais - Megève, where you can take a break and enjoy some local cuisine.

Further along the trail, at approximately 1.26 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Décollage FFVL "la Tete du Mottey" site for free flying enthusiasts. This spot offers breathtaking views and a great opportunity to observe the landscape from above.

At the midway point of the hike, around 1.95 kilometers from the start, you'll find the Refuge du Mont Joly, a cozy mountain refuge where you can rest and refuel before continuing your journey.

As you approach the end of the trail, at about 3.37 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Mont Joux, a picturesque peak offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. Don't forget to stop by the viewpoint at a distance of 3.37 kilometers for a memorable photo opportunity.

Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter various information points and dining options, such as Les Marmottes restaurant and bar, perfect for a post-hike meal and drink.
