Welcome to the hiking route from Drežnica to Krn! This challenging out-and-back trail covers a distance of 6.27 kilometers with an elevation gain of 586 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

Starting at Drežnica, you'll first come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you'll find a drinking water spot about 0.04 kilometers from the start, perfect for refilling your water bottle before the ascent begins.

Along the way, you'll encounter several benches at various distances from the trail, providing opportunities for rest and taking in the surrounding scenery. Keep an eye out for Sopot waterfall around the 0.49-kilometer mark, offering a refreshing and picturesque spot to pause and enjoy nature.

At the midway point of the hike, approximately 3.14 kilometers from the start, you'll reach a viewpoint with stunning panoramic views, a perfect spot to take a break and capture some memorable photos. Additionally, you'll find an information point at 1.81 kilometers and a wayside shrine at 0.04 kilometers from the start, adding cultural and historical elements to your journey.

As you approach Krn, make sure to visit the artwork location at 0.03 kilometers and the peak named Grad, located approximately 0.0 kilometers off the trail. These points of interest offer unique experiences and a sense of accomplishment as you reach the endpoint of the route.
