This extremely difficult 14.9-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the breathtaking area surrounding Lag da Laus.

Starting at the parking area, you will embark on an epic journey that includes 778 meters of elevation gain. Along the way, you will encounter various points of interest.

At just 0.15 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the cozy restaurant called Cruna, where you can refuel and recharge before continuing your adventure. Further along the trail, at 1.53 kilometers from the start, you will find Ustria e Pensiun Greina, another great spot to take a break and enjoy a meal.

As you continue your hike, you will come across several benches strategically placed for hikers to rest and take in the stunning views. Approximately 7.15 kilometers from the start, you will reach Lag da Laus, a beautiful water feature that adds to the charm of the area.

It's essential to bring an ample water supply and snacks, as this challenging hike will take over 5 hours to complete. Additionally, checking the weather forecast before setting out is advisable to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
