Starting at the parking area, make sure to have plenty of water with you as the trail is quite challenging. As you begin your hike, you'll pass by a spring named Font d'Estanya about midway through the route. This is a great spot to refill your water bottle and take a break.
Further along the trail, at about 6.12 kilometers from the start, you'll come across a natural water source. Be cautious as this spot is located slightly off the trail. Additionally, at around 6.98 kilometers into the hike, there is another water source closer to the trail.
For those interested in exploring caves, about 0.9 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the entrance to Cova dels Muricecs. This cave is located a bit off the main trail, so make sure to exercise caution if you decide to explore it.

Make sure to check the weather forecast, wear appropriate footwear, and pack essentials such as snacks, a first aid kit, and a map of the area. Enjoy the stunning natural beauty along the way, but always prioritize safety during your trek.
