Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a parking area about 0.11 kilometers from the start. Make sure to park your vehicle here before beginning your hike. As you continue on, about 3.26 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Lago artificiale delle Scalette, an artificial lake. This is a great spot to take a break, enjoy the serene views, and maybe have a picnic.

Along the way, you will also come across other points of interest such as informational signs at about 3.11 kilometers from the start, and a saddle named Sella Pogliola about 1.39 kilometers from the start. These points provide valuable information about the area and add to the overall experience of the hike.
