This challenging hiking route will take you to the beautiful Trou des Corbeaux area. The trail is an out-and-back route with a total distance of 8.702 kilometers and an elevation gain of 366 meters, making it a difficult trek that will take approximately 2 hours and 55 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you will pass by Le Fontestorbes, a quaint restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat before hitting the trail. Keep your eyes open for the intermittent spring of Fontaine intermittente de Fontestorbes, located just a short distance from the trail.
Midway through the hike, you will come across the cave entrance of Trou des Corbeaux, a fascinating natural wonder worth exploring. Nearby, you will also find a viewpoint with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Before turning back, make sure to take a break at the Roc du Mayne, a unique rock formation that offers a great spot to rest and enjoy the scenery. Remember to bring plenty of water, as this challenging hike will require some effort.
