Around the 0.12-kilometer mark, you'll encounter the stunning Cascada de los Militares, an off-trail gem worth exploring if time allows. Make sure to stay hydrated and bring some snacks as you continue on.

At the 0.62-kilometer mark, you'll spot the Monumento a la Virgen de las Nieves, an artwork that adds cultural richness to the trail. Additionally, at various points along the trail, you'll find sustenance options such as pubs and cafes for a quick break.

Around 2.86 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach a saddle point with breathtaking views of the surrounding natural landscape. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can make a detour to Mojón del Trigo, a peak located 0.54 kilometers from the trail.
