This challenging hiking route will take you to Rocca Mea, starting from a parking area near Laghetto dei Noci. The trail covers a distance of approximately 10.8 kilometers and involves an elevation gain of 741 meters. It is estimated to take around 4 hours and 20 minutes to complete.

As you begin your trek, you will pass by Laghetto dei Noci, a picturesque water feature just 0.09 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at 2.57 kilometers in, you will come across Rocca di Corte and Falesia di Corte, popular climbing spots that offer stunning views of the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, at 5.39 kilometers, you will reach the summit of Rocca Mea, a notable peak in the area. Testa di Carvo, another peak, is located 3.71 kilometers from the start of the trail. Passo di Parma, a scenic saddle, can be found 4 kilometers into the hike.
