This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Cascade de la Biche. The 5.262-kilometer trail offers a moderate difficulty level with 245 meters of elevation gain, making it a rewarding adventure for hikers of all levels.
You will start your journey at the parking area near Maison de la Réserve de Chaudefour. This is a great spot to learn more about the local area and gather any last-minute information before hitting the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will pass by Le Buron, a restaurant where you can grab a meal or a snack midway through your hike.
About 0.82 kilometers into the trail, you'll have the opportunity to visit the stunning Cascade de Pérouse, a beautiful waterfall that is worth the short detour. Further along the route, you'll come across the picturesque Cascade de la Biche, another breathtaking waterfall that is located around the 2.63-kilometer mark. This is a great spot to take in the natural beauty of the area and snap some photos.
As you continue on, you'll also encounter Source Sainte-Anne, a lovely spring located about 1.31 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a peaceful spot to rest and refill your water bottle before heading back.
