Hiking : Bric della Madonna

This extremely difficult 13.415-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning area surrounding Bric della Madonna. Make sure to bring plenty of water and check the weather forecast before you go.

Starting at the parking area, you will pass Bar Lago, a restaurant, just 0.03 kilometers from the start. As you continue on the trail, you will reach Colla del Bresca, a saddle, located 1.7 kilometers from the beginning of the route. Further along, at 4.33 kilometers from the start, you will encounter Bricchetto dello Stantino, a peak offering breathtaking views.

Midway through the hike, at 6.08 kilometers from the start, you will come across a historic wayside cross known as Croce. Finally, reaching 6.35 kilometers from the start, you will arrive at your destination, Bric della Madonna, another peak with panoramic views.

Along the way, you can also explore Lago di Romana, a water feature located right at the beginning of the trail, and Ristorante All'Eremo, a restaurant 4.9 kilometers from the start.

With an elevation gain of 529.0 meters, this challenging hike is not for the faint of heart. Take your time, enjoy the scenic views, and be prepared for a physically demanding adventure. Happy hiking!
