Welcome to the Chernichnaya Trail, a challenging 15.117-kilometer out-and-back route that will take you through beautiful landscapes and significant points of interest.

Starting at the designated parking area, you'll set off on your journey, passing by the Krasnaya Polyana attraction, just 21 meters away from the trailhead. This spot is perfect for a quick stop to admire the surroundings before continuing your hike.

As you make your way along the trail, you'll come across the Krasnaya Polyana ruins, located 2.91 kilometers from the start. These historic ruins provide a glimpse into the area's past and are a great place to take a breather and soak in the atmosphere.

Further along the trail, at a distance of 3.79 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the Halva Rock monument. This geological formation offers a unique photo opportunity and a chance to learn more about the natural wonders of the region.

One of the highlights of the hike is reaching the Peak, located 7.56 kilometers from the start. This natural wonder boasts panoramic views and is a great spot to rest and refuel before heading back.

As you trek back towards the trailhead, be sure to stop by the Memorial, just 0.01 kilometers away from the start. This poignant site offers a moment of reflection and is a reminder of the area's rich history.

With a total elevation gain of 1171 meters, this extremely difficult hike is not for the faint-hearted. Be sure to pack plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen, and check the weather forecast before setting off. Remember to pace yourself and take breaks as needed to fully enjoy the experience.
